I went for a walk on the beach today, getting sideswiped by a "sneaker wave" and soaked above the knees. The high tide during this solstice full moon was near nine feet, bringing the foam from the waves right up to the dune grass. It's a lovely Oregon cloudy sunny day with storm clouds and rainbows.rc
