This looks like a first cycle bird that is a hybrid cross *between* Glaucous and Glaucous-winged Gulls. I get there by the pink bill with black tip and black cutting edge wedge coupled with very white wingtips.

I'm no gull expert, but I can't tell whether this gull is Glacous or Glaucous-Winged. Anyone?
